Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00.

There is parking for 3 cars at the hotel entrance and 12 cars across the street. No special reservations are required and parking is free for hotel guests.

Up to 2 adults per room (1 double bed). Elementary school students and preschool children must share a room with a parent or guardian.

Infants are free (no breakfast). Elementary school students 5,000 yen (breakfast included).
Junior high school students and older are charged at the adult rate.

Credit card payment is accepted for online reservations.
On-site payment can be made by credit card, various types of electronic money, and cash.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms. Wired LAN is also available. (The speed is fast enough for YouTube and ZOOM meetings.)

Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toothbrush are provided in guest rooms. Please feel free to take hairbrushes, lotion, razors, etc. from the shelves on the first floor.

There is no curfew.However, please check in by 10:00 p.m.

Please contact our staff by 9:00 p.m. the day before. (We charge 1,000 yen per hour.)

There is no pick-up and drop-off service.

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel. There is a smoking area outside.

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel.

We do not have a laundromat at our hotel. There is a coin-operated laundromat (Kamishihoro Laundry) about a 5-minute walk away.

We do not have a crib, but we do have a bed guard. If you would like one, please contact us in advance by e-mail.

We do not have nightwear for children, but toothbrushes and slippers are available. Please inquire at the reception desk if you would like to use them.
